Winter crops vegetation stopped in November throughout the major territory of European part of Russia, informed Hydrometcenter of Russia.
In particular, winter crops vegetation almost stopped by the end of the second ten-day period of November in Northwestern, Central and Volga Federal Districts and at the beginning of the third ten-day period of November in southern regions.
“At the same time, small vegetation of winter crops is possible at the south of Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts in separate days during the daytime”, – pointed out the experts.
