Across the most of the European part of Russia, the agrometeorological conditions will be mainly favorable for completion of spring planting campaign, emergence of seedlings, growth and development of crops during the third 10 days of May, forecasted Roshydromet on May 22.
“At the same time, crops will vegetate under low heat supply in several regions of Central and Northwestern Federal Districts. Meanwhile, southern regions of Southern FD and several parts of North Caucasian FD will face unfavorable conditions for growth and development of crops due to lack of soil moisture”, - the agrometeorologists pointed out.
