NAMEX again canceled the sales of intervention grains

On August 7, CJSC National Mercantile Exchange (NAMEX) provided the regular trading day of grain crops selling from the public intervention fund. It was the first time when exporters took part in the sales. However, the Exchange again canceled the sales of all proposed grain batches.

Generally, the proposed volumes totaled 34.904 thsd tonnes of grains. In particular, on the reporting day the commodity exchange canceled the sales of 27.634 thsd tonnes of 4-grade wheat of the harvest-2015, 3.625 thsd tonnes of 3-grade wheat of the harvest-2015, 1.62 thsd tonnes of 3-grade wheat of the harvest-2016, 1.08 thsd tonnes of 5-grade wheat of the harvest-2014 as well as 0.945 thsd tonnes of barley of the harvest-2014.

The next trading days are scheduled for April 10-12.
