As of August 26, Belarusian agrarians harvested grains and pulses (excluding corn) throughout 2.04 mln ha or 92.9% of the planned areas (2.196 mln ha), declared the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus. The production volumes reached 7.59 mln tonnes, with the average yield of 3.73 t/ha.
Particularly, agrarians harvested pulse throughout 107.1 thsd ha or 73.2% of the planned areas (146.3 thsd ha) and the output reached 341.9 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 3.19 t/ha.
Moreover, the farmers harvested buckwheat throughout 2.87 thsd ha or 11%, the output totaled 3.97 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 1.38 t/ha. Millet was harvested throughout 1.55 thsd ha or 17.9%, the output totaled 3.55 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 2.29 t/ha.
