According to regional divisions of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor), since the beginning of the season-2020/21 (July 1), and as of November 24, Russia already exported 21.3 mln tonnes of wheat (including deliveries to the territory of the Customs Union countries), up 17% compared to the same period of the last year, reported the Federal State-Funded Institution "Federal Centre of Quality and Safety Assurance for Grain and products".
Also, in the reporting period Russia exported 3.2 mln tonnes of barley (up 68% compared to the same period of the previous season), 0.8 mln tonnes of corn, 0.4 mln tonnes of peas (up 48%) and 0.3 mln tonnes of wheat bran (up 21%).
In addition, Russia exported 0.6 mln tonnes of soybeans (up 34%), 0.4 mln tonnes of sunflower meal, 0.4 mln tonnes of rapeseed (up 2 times), 0.5 mln tonnes of sunflower seed (up 95%) and 0.3 mln tonnes of flaxseed (up 23%).
Generally, in the reporting period Russia supplied 29.4 mln tonnes of grains, oilseeds and its by-products on foreign markets (up 19%). This volume contained 26.1 mln tonnes of grains and pulses, including 25.4 mln tonnes of grains.
Russia shipped the reporting goods to 123 countries (129 countries the year ago).
