Ukraine and Vietnam are finalizing the agreement on veterinary and quarantine of plants that will let to raise the supply of Ukrainian plant-growing and livestock products to Vietnam, declared the Deputy Minister for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, Taras Kachka on January 25.
“Turnover of commodities increased by 22.5% to 644.65 mln USD last year. Our export increased by 92% to 184.5 mln USD. The bulk of the export was covered by grains”, - he said.
He added that they had carried out the polling of Ukrainian business associations regarding their interest to export to Vietnam.
“We got high interest and a list of products and companies who want to develop our export to Vietnam. Besides, we see that Vietnam is interested to develop trade relations with Ukraine”, - T.Kachka pointed out.
