The Agricultural Ministry of Russia allocated grain export quotas between 234 companies. Corresponding order No60 as of February 5 was published at the website of the Ministry.
The largest shares of quota allocated by historical principle were given to RIF TH (2.69 mln tonnes), Aston (2.123 mln tonnes), Mirogroup (1.759 mln tonnes) and Glencore Agro (1.234 mln tonnes).

The quota for export of wheat, rye, corn and barley outside the EAEU was set at 17.5 mln tonnes. It will be in force from February 15 to June 30, 2021.
Wheat export will be subject to in-quota duty at 25 EUR/t. From March 1 the duty will be raised to 50 EUR/t. Corn and barley will be subject to the export duties at 25 EUR/t and 10 EUR/t correspondingly starting from March 15. All duties will be in force until June 1, 2021.
