Ukraine exported 181.4 thsd tonnes of soybean oil in September-May 2020/21 MY, down from 256.4 thsd tonnes shipped abroad in the same period of the preceding season, official data says.
The EU remained the largest importer of Ukrainian soybean oil. It raised the import of the oil to 132.1 (116.1) thsd tonnes in the reporting period.
At the same time, the shipments of Ukrainian soybean oil to China felt sharply from 103.1 thsd tonnes to 36.8 thsd tonnes. Supplies to India were almost absent and amounted to only 1.3 (19.9) thsd tonnes.
