APK-Inform updated its forecast of rapeseed production in Ukraine in 2021. The oilseed crop will decline by 6% year-on-year to the lowest in 4 seasons 2.4-2.5 mln tonnes.
The decline of crop is based on lower planted area under rapeseed (-21%). At the same time, the expected yield improvement (+11%) will partially offset it.
APK-Inform forecasts the export of rapeseed to decline by 9% to 2.2 mln tonnes in 2021/22 MY on lower production.
