Export duty on Russian wheat, corn up again

The Agricultural Ministry of Russia updated rates of export duties for wheat, barley and corn under the mechanism of “grain damper” that came into force on June 2.

From October 27, the export duty on wheat and meslin will be increased to 67 USD/t from 61.3 USD/t the week ago. Higher duty is based on increase of indicative price from 287.6 USD/t to 295.8 USD/t.

Additionally, the export duty on corn will grow to 49.7 USD/t (48.4 USD/t).

At the same time, the tariff for barley will decrease to 42.6 USD/t (45.9 USD/t).

Detailed information on dynamics of indicative prices and duties over the last month are listed in the table.
