Belarus plans to raise the annual grain production to 10 mln tonnes be 2025, declared the Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Subbotin, informed БЕЛТА.
A. Subbotin pointed out that the food safety of the country was fully provided and there was a potential for improvement of agricultural production efficiency.
“The strategic plans call for the increase of grain production to 10 mln tonnes, milk to 9.2 mln tonnes”, – he said.
He added that by condition of achievement of target volumes of agricultural production and favorable prices the export of agricultural goods and feedstock would grow to 7 bln USD annually.
