Ukraine exported 2.04 mln tonnes of sunflower oil in September-Dec ember of 2021/22 MY, down slightly from 2.18 mln tonnes shipped over the same period of 2020/21 MY.
India being the largest destination for Ukrainian sunflower oil has imported 704 thsd tonnes so far in 2021/22 MY, virtually unchanged y/y. The EU raised import of oil to almost 630 thsd tonnes from 518 thsd tonnes the year ago. China halved purchases to nearly 280 thsd tonnes.
