Russia bans grain export to the EAEU until the end of 2021/22 MY

On March 15, Russia has temporary banned export of grains to the EAEU countries. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The ban covers export of wheat and meslin, rye, barley and corn. It will remain in force until June 30, 2022.

Additionally, Russia has banned export of white and raw cane sugar to the third countries for the period from March 15 until August 31, 2022.

Under these restrictions, grains and sugar can be exported as a humanitarian aid and transported as transit.
