Another Romanian port to be used to export goods from Ukraine and Moldova

Romania is ready to resume railway connection between Moldavian port of Giurgiulești and Romanian port of Galati in a short term, declared the Minister of transport, Sorin Grindeanu on April 26.

“Romania plans to repair and bring to operation the rail line between two ports. This line will let to transport goods from/to Ukraine through Moldova and port of Galati”, – he said

The minister added that this plan would be very important for Ukraine, whose Black Sea ports area blocked.
