According to APK-Inform, the bid prices for corn decreased in the Ukrainian ports of the Danube (Reni and Izmail) last week.

High supply on the domestic market that exceeded the demand as well as limited capacity of ports and overloaded logistics pressured the prices.

The bid prices of corn decreased to 215-235 USD/t CPT-port and 280-285 USD/t FOB in the ports of Reni and Izmail. Sometimes the prices were announced at 200 USD/t CPT-port and 270/t FOB.

As a reminder, a week ago, higher demand from importers pushed the prices up to 220-240 USD/t СРТ-port and 285-290 USD/t FOB.
