According to APK-Inform, the indicative FOB prices of Ukrainian wheat strengthened last week for the first time in 3 months. The prices were supported by the statement of the president of the aggressor country regarding "changes in the terms of the grain agreement" due to the fact that Russia was unable to export a single ship with food within the framework of the grain agreement, and Ukraine exports grain to the EU, and not to "the poorest countries".
