Since September 14, quotas on export of wheat and flour are eliminated in Kazakhstan. The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Agriculture of the country Erbol Karashukeev.

"Thus, Kazakh farmers will be able to sell wheat and flour abroad without restrictions", – the message says.

As the ministry reminded, the quotas for the export of wheat and flour were implemented in July 2022 to ensure Kazakhstan's food security.

"After the stabilization of the situation on the world market and positive forecasts of grain yield in Kazakhstan, it was decided to lift the quotas", – the Ministry of Agriculture explained.
