According to APK-Inform, the bid prices of corn in dollar term increased slightly, while the prices in hryvnia terms were virtually stable in the ports of Great Odesa and the Danube last week.

Corn remains the most active export crop, and demand from EU importers is stable, which supports the prices. Moreover, weather conditions slowed down harvesting progress and affected corn quality that supported the prices as well. However, many farmers and traders do not want to accumulate large volumes of corn due to tough military situation in Ukrainian south.

The traders’ prices of corn increased by 10 USD/t to 190-215 USD/t, and stayed at 7300-8500 UAH/t CPT-port in the ports of Great Odesa and the Danube.
