In August, the shipments of sunflower oil totaled 19 thsd tonnes, up by 2.3 times y/y.
Uzbekistan became the largest importer of Kazakh sunflower oil in 2021/22 MY. It bought 70 thsd tonnes of the product, up by 31% y/y.
China increased purchase by 3.6 times to 45 thsd tonnes. Tajikistan raised the import by 38% y/y to 29 thsd tonnes.
