According to APK-Inform, Ukraine exported 2.3 mln tonnes of rapeseed in July-October 2022/23 MY, down by 1% y/y. The export potential of Ukrainian rapeseed for the current season is 80% performed.
About 90% of the total volume was shipped to the EU.
It is typical, when Ukraine export the major share of its rapeseed in the first months of the season. “Grain deal” favored the export of the oilseed.
However, the suspension of the functioning of the “grain corridor” may result in sharp decline of monthly export volume in November, but it will not have critical influence on the pace and volumes of rapeseed export in 2022/23 MY.
