The start of the movement of freight trains through the border crossing Berezyne-Basarabyaska has been postponed again, as stated Valery Tkachov, the deputy director of the commercial work department of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" on March 16, during a meeting with representatives of the agricultural market, Rail.insider reports.
According to Ukrzaliznytsia, a meeting with customs officers and representatives of the State Enterprise "Railway of Moldova" is scheduled for a week (approximately March 22-23), during which this issue should be finally resolved.
It should be noted that initially, regular traffic through the Berezina-Basarabyaska crossing was planned to open after March 13.
