According to MPOB (Malaysian Palm Oil Board), in 2022 the total export of palm oil products (HPKO and H RBD PO) from Malaysia to Uzbekistan reached 23.5 thsd tonnes, which is 60% higher year-on-year.
In particular, the delivery of Malaysian RDB palm oil to Uzbekistan amounted to 7.87 thsd tonnes, stearin – 3.16 thsd tonnes, hydrogenated RDB palm oil – 1.55 thsd tonnes in 2022.
In general, in 2022 Uzbekistan imported 86 thsd tonnes of palm oil, according to the state statistics service, including 18 thsd tonnes of hydrogenated palm oil.
