Belarus temporary bans export of grain crops and rapeseed (including supplies to the EAEU). The decision is stated by the order of the Council of ministers of Belarus No482 as of August 24, 2021.

The ban is valid for 6 months and covers export of wheat and meslin, rye, barley, oats, corn, buckwheat, millet, triticale and other cereals and rapeseed.

Moreover, the Council ordered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform the Eurasian Economic Commission about the implementation of these non-tariff regulations and to submit for consideration of the Commission the preposition to implement the same measures in the EAEU.
