If the authorities decide to again divide the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine into two departments, it will lead to complete stoppage of the current reform of the land market, declared the ex-Minister for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture, Tymofiy Mylovanov.
According to him, it was possible to realize splitting of the Ministry two months ago, before beginning of the active phase of the market reform. But to date, the work of the former Ministry of Agrarian Policy was almost completely stopped.
The authorities almost completed the work of the department, and in recent weeks the time did not allow to again divide the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. It will be optimum to realize, if necessary, after the launch of the land market, T.Mylovanov said.
