Since the beginning of 2019/20 MY (July 1), and as of January 3, Ukraine already supplied 191.8 thsd tonnes of flour on foreign markets, an increase of 54%, or 67.3 thsd tonnes compared with the same period last season, reported the information and analytical portal of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex.
In particular, the exports of wheat flour totaled 190.7 thsd tonnes (up 66.9 thsd tonnes compared with the first half of 2018/19 MY), as well as flour from other grain varieties — 1.1 thsd tonnes (up 0.4 thsd tonnes).
Generally, in the first half of the season the exports of Ukrainian grain crops reached 31.1 mln tonnes, while in 2018/19 MY the figures totaled 23.2 mln tonnes only.
