Ukraine can harvest more than 100 mln tonnes of grains and oilseeds in 2021/22 MY, declared the Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food, Roman Leshchenko on May 24.
“We have all chances to set the new record of grains and oilseeds production - 100 mln tonnes”, - the Minister said.
Previously, The Ukrainian Grain Association said Ukraine would harvest 96.25 mln tonnes of grains and oilseeds in 2021/22 MY, up 14.5% compared to 2020/21 MY due to the good wintering of crops and favorable weather conditions.
