According to regional divisions of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor), since the beginning of the season-2021/22 (July 1), and as of August 12, Russia exported 3.8 mln tonnes of wheat (including deliveries to the territory of the Customs Union countries), down 20% compared to the same period of the last year, reported the Federal State-Funded Institution «Federal Centre of Quality and Safety Assurance for Grain».
Also, in the reporting period Russia exported 0.6 thsd tonnes of barley (down 25%), 0.2 mln tonnes of corn (down 14%), about 100 thsd tonnes of peas and 40 thsd tonnes of wheat bran.
In addition, Russia exported 0.1 mln tonnes of soybeans, 40 thsd tonnes of sunflower meal, 30 thsd tonnes of rapeseed and 29.4 thsd tonnes of flaxseed (up 3 times).
Generally, in the reporting period Russia supplied 5.2 mln tonnes of grains, oilseeds and its by-products on foreign markets (down 22%). This volume contained 4.8 mln tonnes of grains and pulses, including 4.6 mln tonnes of grains.
Russia shipped the reporting goods to 108 countries (105 countries the year ago).
