Three industry associations of Ukrainian grain market call off their ratifications of Memorandum on mutual understanding regarding limit volume of grain export in 2021/22 MY signed on July 5, 2021 by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and market participants. This information is contained in a letter addressed to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Roman Leshchenko on October 8.
The document is signed by the Head of Union “Millers of Ukraine”, Rodion Rybchinskiy, the President of All Ukrainian Bakers Association, Yuriy Dudchenko and the Head of Union “Ukrkhlebprom”, Alexander Vasilchenko.
They explained that their standpoints “were ignored that turned off the provisions of ar. 1 of the Memorandum” within working meetings on mutual approval of appendix to the Memorandum determining the limit volume of Ukrainian wheat export in 2021/22 MY.
