According to the State Customs Service of Ukraine, since the start of 2022/23 MY (July 1) and as of August 8, Ukraine has exported 2 mln tonnes of grains and pulses, including 387 thsd tonnes so far in August, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy informed.
At the same date last year, the export amounted to 3.869 mln tonnes, including 832 thsd tonnes in August.
The total included 467 thsd tonnes of wheat (1.404 mln tonnes in 2021/22 MY), 180 thsd tonnes of barley (1.392 mln tonnes) and 1.343 mln tonnes of corn (1.055 mln tonnes).
Ukraine has exported 4.8 thsd tonnes of flour (13.5 thsd tonnes), including 4 thsd tonnes of wheat flour (13.4 thsd tonnes).
