Russia imposed the import ban on Ukrainian sunflower oil and wheat




The Government of the Russian Federation imposed the ban on the imports of a number of industrial and agricultural products from Ukraine, reported the decree №1716-83 dd. December 29.

In particular, the list of products, which faced the prohibitive measures, mainly includes industrial goods. The sanctions covered the technical equipment for the bakery and sugar industries, machines for seed calibration and cleaning, as well as feedstuffs machines and mechanisms.

In addition, the ban covered the imports of certain types of Ukrainian agricultural products, including sunflower oil, wheat and meslin, bread and bakery products, confectionery goods, etc.
