According to APK-Inform, the export prices of Ukrainian corn increased at the western borders last week.

The upward trend was based on the higher prices of European corn, better demand and stronger export pace of Ukrainian corn compared to other grains. However, these factors were partially offset by high supply on the domestic market and logistical problems. Today, land export capacities remain overloaded.

On the Polish border, the bid prices of corn totaled 235-250 USD/t DAP Izov (May-June) and 230-240 USD/t DAP Yahodyn. The bid/offer prices totaled 250-265/255-270 USD/t DAP Chop (Slovakia) and 245-260/250-265 USD/t DAP Mohyliv-Podilskyi (Moldova). The prices for delivery to Romanian port of Constanta totaled 295-315 USD/t.
