As of September 7, Belarusian agrarians harvested grains and pulses (excluding corn) throughout 2.12 mln ha or 96.5% of the planned areas (2.193 mln ha), declared the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus. The production volumes reached 7.93 mln tonnes, with the average yield of 3.7 t/ha.
Particularly, agrarians harvested pulse throughout 123.5 thsd ha or 84.4% of the planned areas (146.3 thsd ha) and the output reached 385.3 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 3.12 t/ha.
Moreover, the farmers harvested buckwheat throughout 9.53 thsd ha or 36.8%, the output totaled 12.9 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 1.35 t/ha. Millet was harvested throughout 3.5 thsd ha or 40.5%, the output totaled 7.82 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 2.23 t/ha.
Additionally, spring rapeseed was harvested throughout 21.2 thsd ha or 49.1%, the output totaled 32.3 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 1.53 t/ha.
As of September 7, farmers planted winter grain crops throughout 104.7 thsd ha or 7.2% of the plan (1.448 mln ha).
