Reservation Terms and Conditions


Accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company and on conditions that free rooms are available in the hotel. If you are going to stay at the hotel longer than it was planned initially, please, inform us in advance.

  • Check-in – after 14:00

  • Check-out - before 12:00

  • Early check-in and late check-out are payed additionally:

- early check-in and late check-out are additionally paid service and can be granted depending on availability of rooms;

Early check-in time:

- 00:00 – 07:00 - 100% of the room cost per one settling-day;

- 07:00 – 14:00 – 50% of the room cost per one settling-day;

Late check-out:

- 12:00 – 18:00 - 50% of the room cost per one settling-day;

- after 18:00 – 100% of the room cost per one settling-day.

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference via e-mail or fax, not later than 15 days before actual accommodation.

If the message concerning cancellation was sent later the above indicated terms, the Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per reserved room from advance payment of the Company.

The prices in USD, EUR, RUR can vary in the case of significant fluctuation of currency rates.

The banking commission is paid by the participant additionally.

Prices are indicated with the discount and include: accommodation in the selected category of room, breakfast - "buffet service" (07:00-10:00), visiting of the wellness center from 7:30 to 12:00.

Other services provided by the infrastructure are payed additionally.


  • Application for accommodation is reserved only after payment of the registration fee for participation in the Conference.

  • In the application for registration of accommodation only paid applications are priority.
