Conditions of participation


Registration fee for one participant totals 400 USD.


Registration fee includes:

  • participation of one delegate in the conference work;
  • receiving of all informational materials of the conference (conference catalogue during the conference, with the list of participants and their contacts, and the market note; reports and presentations after the conference);
  • placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue;
  • coffee-breaks, lunch, drinks and buffet.


Additional opportunities for participants:

  • Participation as the conference sponsor
  • Participation as the conference speaker with commercial report
  • Placing of advertisement to the conference catalogue as advertising blocks, articles, etc.
  • Placing of the company banner in the conference room, in the lobby in front of the conference hall, etc.
  • Placing of the exhibition place


5% - a group consists of 2 or more delegates on the same registration

10% - subscribers of the informational-analytical issues of APK-Inform Agency

Period for application, and payment terms:

  • Payment terms: full prepayment against the invoice charged by the organizer in accordance with the participant's application
  • The participant may cancel his participation unilaterally
  • Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by the company head's signature


Payment return in case of cancellation of the conference participation:

  • until November 1 - the organizer shall return 80% of the paid sum;
  • until November 15 - the organizer shall return 50% of the paid sum;
  • after November 15 - the paid sum is not to be refunded.
