Terms of payment via bank transfer:

  • Bank charges are paid by the participant additionally

  • Invoices are valid within 3 bank days from the moment of making-out


Registration fee includes:

  • Participation in the sessions according to the program of the conference

  • Conference information materials (catalogue of the conference, the list of participants with contact details, presentations of the reports)

  • Placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue

  • Reception party

  • Coffee break, lunches

Cost of participation for members of the family - 350 USD / 250 EUR (includes attendance at the reception party in honor of the conference participants).



  • 10% discount is provided to the second, third and forth delegate from the company

  • Participants of the conference "Oilseeds&Oils"-2011" get a 15% discount for participation in the conference "Fat-and-oil industry-2010"


Additional opportunities for participants:

  • Participation as a conference sponsor;

  • Receiving of the package of advertising services;

  • Assistance of the organizers in establishing the business contacts between the conference participants before the conference and during it


Terms of applications acceptance and payment:

  • Deadline for application acceptance is September, 16

  • Payment conditions - 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by the organizer according to the participant's application form;

  • The participant may cancel his participation unilaterally. Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by company head's signature.


Payment return in case of cancellation:

  • Until August, 10 - 80% of the paid sum is returned

  • From August 10 to September 1 - 50% of the paid sum is returned

  • After September 1 - the paid sum is not to be returned


Accommodation program is provided by the organizers for an additional fee

The rooms are booked at the hotel Marriott Asia 5*
