Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax not later than 15 days before the check-in date.

If the message concerning cancellation was sent later the above indicated terms, the Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per night from advance payment of the company.

*Accommodation fee in RUB, UAH, USD and Turkish lira is determined by the exchange rate to the date of invoice and is valid for three business days from the date of invoice.
