Conditions for participation

Registration fee for one participant*:

* Bank commission is paid by the Participant additionally

The registration fee includes:

• Participation of one Delegate in the sessions according to the program of the conference

• Conference information materials (the catalogue of the conference, reports and presentations after the conference)

• Placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue

• Coffee break, lunches

• Reception party

• Entertainment program

Additional opportunities for participants:

• Participation as a conference sponsor

• Placement of advertisement in the conference catalogue

• PR-program before the conference and during the event

• Providing with consulting services during the preparation for the event

• Assistance in establishing the business contacts between the conference participants before the conference and during its work

Discounts:

• 5% discount is provided to the second, third and forth delegate from the company

• 10% is provided to the subscribers of APK-Inform issues

• The special bonus system is provided to enterprises and organizations, participated in more than five conferences of “Grain Forum” during the period of 2002-2010.

When some discounts coincide, the organizer provide with only one discount.

Terms of applications acceptance and payment:

• 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by organizer according to the participant's application.

• The participants may cancel his participation unilaterally.

• Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by company head's signature.
  Payment return in case of cancellation of the conference participation:
  - Until April, 30 - 80% of the paid sum is returned by the organizer
  - From May, 1 to 31 - 50% of the paid sum is returned by the organizer
  - After June, 1 - the paid sum is not to be returned by the organizer
  

Accommodation program is provided by organizers for additional fee.
