I. Placement of advertising in the conference catalogue

The catalogue will be handed to every conference participant.

Taking into account large experience of the international conferences organization, we came to the conclusion that specialists in this field display high interest in the catalogues of events.

First of all, the catalogue is a unique informational source for the client database, that is in great success not only among the conference participants but the companies, not directly participated in the event.

Considering this fact, the catalogue will be additionally presented:

• to representatives of grain business, which did not participate in the forum, but greatly interested in establishment of new contacts with the participants of the conference

• during branch seminars and other events in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries, organized by the Russian Grain Union and IA "APK-Inform"

Format of the catalogue - A4, colored. The language of the catalogue - Russian/English. The catalogue edition - 600 copies.

The advertising information can be presented in the form of advertising block or advertising article.

Applications for advertising placement are accepted till March 15

Requirements to the advertising blocks:

1. It is obligatory to consider advertising block sizes

2. Are accepted the following formats of finished advertising block:: TIFF (300 dpi, bitmapped graphics), AI (Adobe Ilustrator, vector graphics), CDR (Corel Draw, vector graphics), " EPS with 250-300 dpi definition (real size) in CMYK colour model

3. If APK-Inform design department creates an advertising block the replacement cost is increased on 10%.

II. Organization of mobile stand, separate workplace (table, chairs) in front of the conference-hall (number of places is limited)

III. Placing of advertising posters, banners in the hall near the conference-hall (number of places is limited)

Cost of service - 600 EUR / 800 USD

IV. Placing of advertising banner with company logotype in the conference-hall (number of places is limited)

Cost of service - 760 EUR / 1000 USD

V. Putting of advertising, souvenir products in conference portfolios

Cost of service - 490 EUR / 650 USD

VI. Placing of information concerning the company

• distribution of detailed information about the company to all participants of the conference throughout the list of participants

• placing of news material of the company, press-releases on Internet sites of organizers of the conference

• electronic distribution to target auditorium
